HOW IT WORKS
First Visit: Pick Up Your Season Pass
- Visit Customer Service to receive your Season Pass badge.
- Customer Service verifies your ID and looks up your order.
- Optional: Upgrade to Fast Fright or Evil Express for that night.
- Customer Service prints your name on your badge.
- Receive your first wristband for entry.
Every Visit After That
- Check in at Customer Service to receive a wristband for that night.
- Show wristband at the entrance for access.
- Upgrade ticket as desired.
Operational Notes
- Season Passes are non-transferable (name printed on badge).
- Companion Pass discount is only available at Customer Service (not online).
- Passholder must check in each night to receive a wristband.
- All tickets are GA by default, with express upgrades available at Customer Service.
